1. Free Delivery (If applicable)
Free delivery means..
1. that the value of your order must be meet that advertised if available and is exclusive of VAT.
2. that your order is going to be delivered to any UK Mainland address (Scottish Isle's and offshore Isle's are exempt from this offer as well we International customers)
3. that it does not include any third party handling charges, additional insurance you may require, import duties, and any other fees, liabilities and tax/duty costs, which may arise or apply to your order and transportation
4. does not apply to orders over 10kg total weight.
5. is not a next day delivery service (Please use one of courier services at checkout if required)
6. is primarily shipped using Royal Mail but is based on weight and value and may ship via UPS or DHL and will arrive within 7 delivery days. (Sat, Sun are not delivery days)
2. Damaged Goods
When you receive your order, it is your responsibility to examine goods very carefully for any damage. If there is any damage or if, for example, a parcel shows signs of damage whatsoever, you must notify us on the day of you receive it. Where a signed for service is used, please sign for it, 'Received Damaged'. No claims for damaged on arrival goods can be made after 14 working days, you will have been deemed to have accepted any imperfection. Please notify us in writing by e-mail to via the contact form.
3. Incorrect Items or Short Delivery
We sometimes dispatch goods from multiple warehouse's to fulfil orders. Your order may arrive in multiple packages at different stages throughout the course of the day. If you receive one package in the morning and you appear to be missing items, please log into your account and checkout your account history.
The account history will show you tracking numbers for all packages sent and if any items have been part shipped due to stock discrepancies or are pre-ordered.
If there looks to be only the one package sent to you and the order doesn't have items listed as back ordered, yet you still appear to be missing items, please get in contact with us within 48 hours of receipt.
Please notify us so we can correct any issues.
4. Non / Failed Delivery
Taking delivery of goods is entirely your responsibility. If you are unable to take delivery, we will do all that we can to assist. However, if the goods are returned to us we will contact you for an alternative address and arrange redelivery at your expense. In any event, the delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Express Delivery
Our Express delivery services are not guaranteed next day methods. In normal circumstances, 99% of all our Express items will arrive next day following dispatch notification during a 5 day week cycle (Monday to Friday). Cut off for same day shipping is 2:00pm, If for whatever reason this is not the case and your goods are not delivered, please be patient and check your tracking details provided. No postage refunds on express services can be made. In the event of a courier service not being able to find your address given the details you have provided, please contact the courier quoting your tracking reference as you are the best person to tell them where the delivery address is.
